ServiceTitan Appoints Michele O’Connor as Chief Accounting Officer

ServiceTitan, the software platform empowering the trades, has named Michele O’Connor as its Chief Accounting Officer (CAO). O’Connor, a veteran technology leader and former Chief Accounting Officer at Veeva Systems, brings over two decades of finance experience to the role. She played a pivotal role in Veeva’s IPO in October 2013, overseeing the growth of the global accounting function and supporting the company’s expansion to nearly $3 billion in revenue.

In her new role, O’Connor will take charge of the oversight of all global accounting and finance operations at ServiceTitan. This appointment comes as the company solidifies its position as a leading software platform serving the trades, including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Pest Control, Lawn Care, Landscaping, and Janitorial sectors.

Prior to her role at ServiceTitan, Michele O’Connor served as Director of Accounting at Thoratec Corporation, Assistant Controller and SEC Reporting Manager at FormFactor, and began her career in public accounting at KPMG. Her experience and leadership extend to her current position as Audit Committee Chair on the Board of Directors at Checkr, a role she assumed in May 2022.
